32. Is it they who would portion out the Mercy of thy Lord? It is We Who portion out between them their livelihood in the life of this world:and We raise some of them above others in ranks, so that some may commandwork from others. But the Mercy of thy Lord is better than the (wealth)which they amass.33. And were it not that (all) men might become of one (evil) way of life, We would provide, for everyone that blasphemes against (Allah) MostGracious, silver roofs for their houses and (silver) stair-ways on which togo up,
34. And (silver) doors to their houses, and thrones (of silver) on which they could recline,
35. And also adornments of gold. But all this were nothing but conveniences of the present life: The Hereafter, in the sight of thy Lordis for the Righteous.

Surah Nisaa (04), Ayat: 32
اور اللٰہ نے تم میں سے ایک کو دوسرے پر جو برتری دی ہے اس کی تمنا نہ کرو۔ مرد جو کچھ کماتے ہیں اس میں ان کا حصہ ہے۔ اور عورتیں جو کچھ کماتی ہیں اس میں ان کا حصہ ہے۔
32. And do not covet that by which Allah has made some of you excel others; men shall have the benefit of what they earned women shall have the benefit of what they earn; and ask Allah of His grace; surely Allah knows all things.

Surah Ana'am (06), Ayat: ..165
کہہ دے "کیا میں الٰلہ کے علاوہ کوئی آقا تلاش کروں جبکہ وہی ہر چیز کا آقا ہے:" اور ہر شخص جو کچھ بھی وہ کماتا ہے اس کا زمہ دار ہے، اور کوئی بوجھہ اٹھانے والا دوسرے کا بوجھہ نہیں اٹھائے گا، پھر تمہارے رب کی طرف تمہاری واپسی ہوگی، اور وہ تمہیں بتائے گا جن باتوں میں تم اختلاف کیا کرتے تھے۔ 164۔
اور وہی تو وہ (خدا) ہے جس نے تمھیں زمین میں (اپنا) نائب بنایا اور تیم میں سے بعض کے بعض پر درجے بلند کئے تاکہ جو (نعمت) تمہیں دی ہے اس میں تمھارا امتحان کرے۔ اس میں تو شک ہی نہیں کہ تمھارا پروردگار بہت جلد عذاب کرنیوالا ہے اور اسمیں بھی شک نہیں کہ وہ بڑا بخشنے والا مہربان ہے۔165

164. Say: What! shall I seek a Lord other than Allah? And He is the Lord of all things; and no soul earns (evil) but againstitself, and no bearer of burden shall bear the burden of another;then to your Lord is your return, so He will inform you of that inwhich you differed.
165. And He it is Who has made you successors in the land and raised some of you above others by (various) grades, that He might try you by what He has given you; surely your Lord is quick to requite (evil), and He is most surely the Forgiving, the Merciful.
